The Royal Knights basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the host Medical Lake Cardinals to 47 in the Knights non-league victory on Thursday.

The Knights now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chelan for a non-league contest on Friday, January 27. Royal will battle a Mountain Goats team coming off a 71-61 non-league loss to Zillah (Zillah, WA). The Mountain Goats record now stands at 9-9.

The Cardinals (1-16) will now prepare for their contest against Deer Park (Deer Park, WA). The Stags come into the 1A Northeast contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Deer Park was defeated by Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls, WA), 55-50, in a league contest.
