The Mountain Valley Falcons tipped the visiting Monmouth Academy Mustangs basketball team by a final score of 58-52 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Falcons face the Boothbay Seahawks (Boothbay Harbor, ME) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 31. Mountain Valley will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record.
With the defeat, Monmouth Academy moves to 11-3 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Wiscasset (Wiscasset, ME) to face the Wolverines in a C South game on Saturday, January 28. The Wolverines enter the game with a record of 0-8. Wiscasset lost 75-30 in their recent league game against Madison (Madison, ME)
