The Northside Mustangs basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Muchin College Prep Mountain Lions to 60 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mustangs now sport a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Payton College Prep for a non-league contest on Friday, January 27. Northside will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 45-30 league loss to Wells (Chicago, IL). The Grizzlies record now stands at 15-8.
The Mountain Lions (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Raby (Chicago, IL). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 7-16 record.
