The San Gabriel Academy Eagles basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the host Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets to 27 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newman International Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, January 27. San Gabriel Academy will battle a Warriors team coming off a 71-44 non-league loss to Takoma Academy (Takoma Park, MD). The Warriors record now stands at 18-12.

The Hornets (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Westlake Academy (Westlake, TX). The Blacksmiths come into the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Westlake Academy was routed by Takoma Academy (Takoma Park, MD), 67-18, in a non-league contest.
