Concordia Panthers (Concordia, KS) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lafayette Lancers (Wildwood, MO), 58-48 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Concordia upgrades its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to St. Marys (St. Marys, KS) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 28. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 4-7. St. Marys lost 47-45 in their recent non-league bout against Hiawatha (Hiawatha, KS)

Next up, the Lancers play the Clayton Greyhounds (St. Louis, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. Lafayette will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
