In Thursday's non-league outing, the Creekside Christian Academy Cougars (McDonough, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Peachtree Academy Panthers (Covington, GA), by a margin of 70-16.
The Cougars (14-5) will now prepare for their outing against Calvary Christian (Columbus, GA). The Knights go into the GAPPS - I-AAA Region 3 outing with a 13-4 record. In their last outing, Calvary Christian smashed Lafayette Christian (LaGrange, GA), 56-20, in a league outing.
The Panthers now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they host Central Christian for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 2.
