The Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) basketball felled the host Gar-Field Red Wolves (Woodbridge, VA), 49-35 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (11-6) will now prepare for their test against John Champe (Aldie, VA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 1-14 record. In their last test, John Champe was beaten by Patriot (Nokesville, VA), 50-17, in a league test.
The Red Wolves now own a 1-17 record. They play next when they host Forest Park for a Cardinal test on Tuesday, January 31. Gar-Field will encounter a Bruins squad coming off a 68-22 league loss to Charles J. Colgan (Manassas, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 0-16.
