The Memorial Roughriders basketball team (St. Marys, OH), was nudged 44-42 in Thursday's league battle with the host Kenton Wildcats (Kenton, OH)
The Wildcats now possess a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carey for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 28. Kenton will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 56-23 non-league win over Bucyrus (Bucyrus, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-5.
The Roughriders (11-9) will now prepare for their battle against St. Henry (St. Henry, OH). The Redskins come into the non-league battle with a 11-6 record. In their last battle, St. Henry was nudged by Bath (Lima, OH), 38-31, in a non-league battle.
