The Manokotak Lynx basketball team (Manokotak, AK), was nudged 38-34 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Tanalian Lynx (Port Alsworth, AK)
The Lynx now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newhalen for a 1A Aleutian Chain battle on Thursday, January 26. Tanalian will battle a Malamutes team coming off a 52-48 league win over Chief Ivan Blunka (New Stuyahok, AK). The Malamutes record now stands at 10-3.
