The Mountain View Wildcats basketball team scored 16 points and restricted the host Gar-Field Red Wolves to 10 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Champe for a non-league contest on Monday, January 30. Mountain View will battle a Knights team coming off a 37-14 non-league win over Unity Reed (Manassas, VA). The Knights record now stands at 3-7.

The Red Wolves (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Forest Park (Woodbridge, VA). The Bruins come into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record.
