Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Allen East Mustangs (Harrod, OH) and the host Leipsic Vikings (Leipsic, OH), saw Allen East's basketball squad overcome Leipsic by a tally of 63-48.

With the victory, Allen East improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Hardin Northern (Dola, OH) to confront the Polar Bears in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Polar Bears come into the challenge with a record of 3-11. Hardin Northern lost 72-44 in their recent league challenge against Ridgemont (Mount Victory, OH)

Next up, the Vikings confront the Kalida Wildcats (Kalida, OH) in a Putnam County challenge, on Saturday, January 27. Leipsic will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record.
