Kansas High School Basketball - Altoona-Midway trounced by Pleasanton

January 26, 2024: Buffalo, KS 66717

The Pleasanton Blu-Jays routed the host Altoona-Midway Jets basketball team by a final score of 70-45 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Blu-Jays face the Crest Lancers (Colony, KS) in a Three Rivers battle, on Tuesday, January 30. Pleasanton will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Lancers come into the battle with a 6-6 record after their 53-41 league win over Oswego (Oswego, KS).

The Jets (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against St. Paul (St. Paul, KS). The Indians come into the Three Rivers battle with a 1-13 record. In their last battle, St. Paul was overwhelmed by Marmaton Valley (Moran, KS), 51-21, in a non-league battle.
