New York High School Basketball - Averill Park knocked off by Schenectady

The Schenectady Patriots basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Averill Park Warriors to 43 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.
The Patriots now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saratoga Springs for a Section 2 Suburban - Blue contest on Tuesday, January 30.
The Warriors (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Albany (Albany, NY). The Falcons enter the Section 2 Suburban - Gray contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Albany ran past Columbia (East Greenbush, NY), 75-60, in a league contest.
