The Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans (Bushnell, IL), 65-46 in Friday's non-league test.

The Indians (10-11) will now prepare for their test against Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL). The Tigers go into the Tomahawk test with a 21-3 record. In their last test, Illini Bluffs notched a victory over Elmwood (Elmwood, IL), 53-29, in a league test.

The Spartans now own a 8-15 record. They play next when they travel to Havana for a Prairieland test on Saturday, January 27. Bushnell-Prairie City will encounter a Ducks squad coming off a 59-26 league loss to Macomb (Macomb, IL). The Ducks record now stands at 5-15.
