Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR) and the host Sutherlin Bulldogs (Sutherlin, OR), saw Cascade Christian's basketball squad wallop Sutherlin by a count of 92-35.

With the victory, Cascade Christian upgrades its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Challengers travel to Douglas (Winston, OR) to play the Trojans in a 3A Far West challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 16-3. Douglas won 91-26 in their recent league challenge against Rogue River (Rogue River, OR)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Lakeview Honkers (Lakeview, OR) in a 3A Far West battle, on Saturday, January 27. Sutherlin will attempt to improve on its 3-15 season record. The Honkers come into the battle with a 5-12 record after their 63-57 league win over South Umpqua (Myrtle Creek, OR).
