Illinois High School Basketball - North Lawndale can't hold off Clark

The Clark Eagles basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting North Lawndale Phoenix to 58 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leo for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Clark will battle a Lions team coming off a 62-23 league loss to DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Lions record now stands at 10-12.
The Phoenix (11-12) will now prepare for their contest against Francis W. Parker (Chicago, IL). The Colonels come into the non-league contest with a 1-14 record. In their last contest, Francis W. Parker was nudged by Latin (Chicago, IL), 67-59, in a league contest.
