The Woodford County Yellowjackets basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Collins Titans to 52 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Friday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montgomery County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Woodford County will meet a Indians team coming off a 73-56 league loss to George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY). The Indians record now stands at 8-13.
The Titans (8-12) will now prepare for their contest against Oldham County (Buckner, KY). The Colonels enter the non-league contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Oldham County nudged Central (Louisville, KY), 75-69, in a non-league contest.
