With the victory, Spencerville upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Bearcats host St. John's (Delphos, OH) to play the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Bluejays come into the bout with a record of 13-2. St. John's won 49-47 in their recent league bout against Versailles (Versailles, OH)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Liberty-Benton Eagles (Findlay, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Columbus Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 63-56 non-league loss to Bluffton (Bluffton, OH).
