The Dufur Rangers basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler to 51 in the Rangers league victory on Friday.
The Rangers now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ione/Arlington for a 1A Big Sky contest on Saturday, January 27. Dufur will play a Cardinals squad coming off a 60-40 league loss to Horizon Christian (Hood River, OR). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-10.
Next up, the play the Lyle/Wishram Cougars (Lyle, WA) in a 1A Big Sky bout, on Saturday, January 27. Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 59-48 league loss to Condon (Condon, OR).
