Iberia Rangers (Iberia, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Laquey Hornets (Laquey, MO), 84-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Iberia upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Rangers travel to Newburg (Newburg, MO) to play the Wolves in a Frisco bout on Monday, January 29. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Newburg won 71-35 in their recent non-league bout against Tuscumbia (Tuscumbia, MO)

Next up, the Hornets play the Crocker Lions (Crocker, MO) in a Frisco bout, on Monday, January 29. Laquey will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 48-46 non-league loss to Mansfield (Mansfield, MO).
