Georgia High School Basketball - North Oconee trounces Johnson

The North Oconee Titans (Bogart, GA) basketball crushed the visiting Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA), 87-28 in Friday's league test.
The Titans (20-3) will now prepare for their test against Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA). The Jaguars go into the AAAA Region 8 test with a 10-11 record. In their last test, Cedar Shoals was trounced by Greenforest (Decatur, GA), 77-45, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 0-20 record. They play next when they host East Forsyth for a AAAA Region 8 test on Tuesday, January 30. Johnson will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 57-54 league win over Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA). The Broncos record now stands at 6-16.
