The Polk County West [Climax/Fisher] Knights basketball team (Climax, MN), was overwhelmed 85-46 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Red Lake County Central Mustangs (Oklee, MN)
The Mustangs now possess a 16-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stephen-Argyle Central for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 30. Red Lake County Central will confront a Storm team coming off a 47-42 non-league loss to Kittson Central (Hallock, MN). The Storm record now stands at 5-15.
The Knights (1-19) will now prepare for their battle against Win-E-Mac (Erskine, MN). The Patriots come into the A Section 8 battle with a 12-8 record. In their last battle, Win-E-Mac trounced Bagley (Bagley, MN), 82-53, in a league battle.
