Sherman Huskies (Moro, OR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Trout Lake Mustangs (Trout Lake, WA), 65-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Sherman upgrades its record to 18-0 on the season. The Huskies host South Wasco County (Maupin, OR) to clash with the Redsides in a 1A Big Sky bout on Saturday, January 27. The Redsides go into the bout with a record of 8-11. South Wasco County won 81-48 in their recent league bout against Klickitat-Glenwood (Klickitat, WA)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Condon Blue Devils (Condon, OR) in a 1A Big Sky bout, on Saturday, January 27. Trout Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 59-48 league win over Lyle/Wishram (Lyle, WA).
