Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA), 72-47 in a league bout.

With the victory, Las Lomas upgrades its record to 13-10 on the campaign. The Knights host Albany (Albany, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 4-5.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Clayton Valley Charter Ugly Eagles (Concord, CA) in a bout, on Monday, January 29. Alhambra will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Ugly Eagles come into the bout with a 16-7 record after their 67-58 league loss to Acalanes (Lafayette, CA).
