Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA), 41-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Alhambra upgrades its record to 12-11 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA) to clash with the Ugly Eagles in a Diablo bout on Monday, January 29. The Ugly Eagles go into the bout with a record of 15-8. Clayton Valley Charter lost 69-54 in their recent league bout against Mt. Diablo (Concord, CA)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Campolindo Cougars (Moraga, CA) in a Diablo bout, on Monday, January 29. Las Lomas will attempt to upgrade on its 8-16 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 12-12 record after their 52-39 league loss to Miramonte (Orinda, CA).
