Nyack Red Hawks (Upper Nyack, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Arlington Admirals (LaGrangeville, NY), 61-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Nyack upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Red Hawks host Nanuet (Nanuet, NY) to play the Golden Knights in a Section 1 Conference 2B bout on Wednesday, January 31. The Golden Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-3.

Next up, the Admirals play the New Rochelle Huguenots (New Rochelle, NY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Arlington will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record.
