The Scott Eagles (Covington, KY) basketball nipped the host Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY), 52-50 in Friday's league test.

The Eagles (15-5) will now prepare for their test against St. Henry (Erlanger, KY). The Crusaders go into the non-league test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, St. Henry got by Conner (Hebron, KY), 47-43, in a non-league test.

The Camels now own a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Notre Dame Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30. Campbell County will encounter a Pandas squad coming off a 53-35 non-league win over Henry Clay (Lexington, KY). The Pandas record now stands at 15-4.
