The Salisbury Panthers (Salisbury, MO) basketball nipped the visiting Community Trojans (Laddonia, MO), 39-35 in Friday's non-league test.

The Panthers (11-3) will now prepare for their test against Westran (Huntsville, MO). The Hornets go into the Lewis & Clark test with a 12-5 record. In their last test, Westran got by New Franklin (New Franklin, MO), 46-42, in a non-league test.

The Trojans now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to New Franklin for a Central test on Saturday, January 27. Community will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 46-42 non-league loss to Westran (Huntsville, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-10.
