The Coventry Patriots routed the visiting Stafford Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 54-18 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Patriots face the East Granby Crusaders (East Granby, CT) in a North Central Connecticut game, on Tuesday, January 30. Coventry will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Crusaders come into the battle with a 7-6 record after their 54-31 league loss to Somers (Somers, CT).
The Bulldogs (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Windsor Locks (Windsor Locks, CT). The Raiders come into the North Central Connecticut battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Windsor Locks was overwhelmed by Bolton (Bolton, CT), 53-38, in a league battle.
