The Goretti Gael basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the host St. James Saints to 24 in the Gael non-league victory on Friday.

The Gael now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Point for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Goretti will battle a Eagles team coming off a 53-5 league win over Thomas Stone (Waldorf, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 10-4.

The Saints (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Cumberland Valley Christian (Chambersburg, PA). The Blazers come into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record.
