Maryland High School Basketball - Holton-Arms topples Saint John Paul the Great Catholic

In Friday's league outing, the Holton-Arms (Bethesda, MD) basketball squad beat the visiting Saint John Paul the Great Catholic Wolves (Dumfries, VA), by a count of 47-36.

The (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Georgetown Day (Washington, DC). The Mighty Hoppers go into the non-league outing with a 12-6 record. In their last outing, Georgetown Day defeated DC International (Washington, DC), 49-33, in a non-league outing.

The Wolves now hold a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Oakcrest for a VISAA Division I outing on Monday, January 29. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic will clash with a Chargers squad coming off a 45-37 league loss to Seton (Manassas, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 8-8.
