The Kuemper Knights basketball team (Carroll, IA), dropped 41-33 in Friday's league battle with the host Lewis Central Titans (Council Bluffs, IA)
The Titans now possess a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blair for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 30. Lewis Central will battle a Bears team coming off a 80-43 non-league loss to Elkhorn North (Elkhorn, NE). The Bears record now stands at 7-7.
The Knights (5-11) will now prepare for their battle against Coon Rapids-Bayard (Coon Rapids, IA). The Crusaders come into the non-league battle with a 13-4 record. In their last battle, Coon Rapids-Bayard beat Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA), 63-23, in a league battle.
