The Purdue Poly Englewood basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Marion Giants to 21 in the non-league triumph on Friday.
The now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beech Grove for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Purdue Poly Englewood will meet a Hornets team coming off a 49-23 league loss to Triton Central (Fairland, IN). The Hornets record now stands at 14-9.
The Giants (2-20) will now prepare for their contest against Purdue Polytechnic (Indianapolis, IN). The Techies enter the non-league contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Purdue Polytechnic triumphed over Eminence (Eminence, IN), 39-36, in a league contest.
