Indiana High School Basketball - Pioneer can't hold off West Central

The West Central Trojans basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Pioneer Panthers to 51 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Caston for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. West Central will battle a Comets team coming off a 38-33 non-league loss to Bremen (Bremen, IN). The Comets record now stands at 18-4.

The Panthers (7-15) will now prepare for their contest against Argos (Argos, IN). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, Argos was nudged by LaVille (Lakeville, IN), 54-32, in a non-league contest.
