Christian Brothers Academy Brothers (Albany, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Niskayuna Silver Warriors (Niskayuna, NY), 71-53 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Christian Brothers Academy upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Brothers host Shaker (Latham, NY) to clash with the Bison in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Bison go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Silver Warriors clash with the West Genesee Wildcats (Camillus, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Niskayuna will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
