In Thursday's non-league outing, the J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado (Lancaster, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA), by a margin of 70-36.
The Red Tornado (6-11) will now prepare for their outing against Penn Manor (Millersville, PA). The Comets go into the Lancaster-Lebanon 1 outing with a 1-15 record. In their last outing, Penn Manor was trounced by West York Area (York, PA), 64-32, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now own a 3-11 record. They play next when they travel to Unionville for a non-league outing on Monday, January 31. Academy Park will clash with a Longhorns squad coming off a 61-37 non-league loss to East (West Chester, PA). The Longhorns record now stands at 6-10.
