The Uniontown Red Raiders basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Brownsville Falcons to 68 in the Red Raiders non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Red Raiders now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montour for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 29. Uniontown will battle a Spartans team coming off a 49-24 league win over Central Valley (Monaca, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 10-3.

The Falcons (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bethlehem Center (Fredericktown, PA). The Bulldogs enter the WPIAL 3A 4 contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Bethlehem Center was defeated by McGuffey (Claysville, PA), 60-45, in a league contest.
