Rutherford Bulldogs (Rutherford, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Manchester Regional Falcons (Haledon, NJ), 44-7 in a league bout.

With the win, Rutherford upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Glen Rock (Glen Rock, NJ) to clash with the Panthers in a Northwest Jersey - Colonial bout on Tuesday, February 1. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Glen Rock lost 44-21 in their recent non-league bout against Randolph (Randolph, NJ)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Eastern Christian Eagles (North Haledon, NJ) in a Northwest Jersey - Colonial bout, on Monday, February 7. Manchester Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
