With the victory, Weaver improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Beavers travel to Capital Prep (Hartford, CT) to confront the Trailblazers in a Capitol Region challenge on Monday, January 30. The Trailblazers come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Capital Prep lost 52-46 in their recent league challenge against Academy of Science and Innovation (New Britain, CT)

Next up, the Jets confront the East Windsor Panthers (East Windsor, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 30. Academy of Aerospace and Engineering will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 42-36 league loss to Rockville (Vernon, CT).
