With the victory, Ash Grove upgrades its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Miller (Miller, MO) to play the Cardinals in a Southwest bout on Tuesday, January 31. Next up, the Eagles play the Marionville Comets (Marionville, MO) in a Southwest bout, on Monday, January 30. Pierce City will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Comets come into the bout with a 17-2 record after their 68-34 league win over Pleasant Hope (Pleasant Hope, MO).
