The Sandy Valley Sidewinders routed the visiting Beaver Dam Diamondback basketball team by a final score of 74-37 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Sidewinders face the Indian Springs Thunderbirds (Indian Springs, NV) in a 1A Southern game, on Friday, February 3. Sandy Valley will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the game with a 3-6 record after their 51-38 league win over Mountain View Christian (Las Vegas, NV).
With the defeat, Beaver Dam moves to 2-12 on the year. The Diamondback travel to Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV) to face the Panthers in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 31.
