Tripp-Delmont/Armour Nighthawks (Armour, SD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Burke Cougars (Burke, SD), 46-32 in a league bout.

With the victory, Tripp-Delmont/Armour upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Nighthawks host Gayville-Volin (Gayville, SD) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 3-8.

Next up, the Cougars play the Andes Central/Dakota Christian (Lake Andes, SD) in a B Region 5 bout, on Monday, January 30. Burke will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record.
