The Chesapeake Cougars basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Chesapeake Science Point to 59 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southern for a Anne Arundel County contest on Tuesday, January 31. Chesapeake will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 70-52 league win over Glen Burnie (Glen Burnie, MD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-4.
The (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Severna Park (Severna Park, MD). The Falcons enter the Anne Arundel County contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Severna Park nudged Annapolis (Annapolis, MD), 58-47, in a league contest.
