Nashua South Purple Panthers (Nashua, NH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Concord Crimson Tide (Concord, NH), 60-55 in a league bout.

With the win, Nashua South upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Purple Panthers host Nashua North (Nashua, NH) to play the Titans in a Division I bout on Sunday, January 29. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Nashua North won 84-55 in their recent league bout against Londonderry (Londonderry, NH)

Next up, the Crimson Tide play the Portsmouth Clippers (Portsmouth, NH) in a Division I bout, on Saturday, January 28. Concord will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Clippers go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 60-43 league loss to Exeter (Exeter, NH).
