Colorado High School Basketball - Sanford winner over Custer County

The Sanford Mustangs (Sanford, CO) basketball felled the visiting Custer County Bobcats (Westcliffe, CO), 57-43 in Friday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (5-7) will now prepare for their test against South Park (Fairplay, CO). The Burros go into the 2A/1A West Central test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, South Park was beaten by Cotopaxi (Cotopaxi, CO), 41-35, in a league test.

The Bobcats now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Del Norte for a non-league test on Saturday, January 28. Custer County will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 70-25 non-league win over Moffat (Moffat, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 7-4.
