Illinois High School Basketball - Elmwood trounced by Illini Bluffs

The Illini Bluffs Tigers trounced the visiting Elmwood Trojans basketball team by a tally of 67-37 in Friday's league battle.
The Tigers now possess a 21-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hartsburg-Emden for a Tomahawk battle on Friday, February 3. Illini Bluffs will confront a Stags team coming off a 60-58 non-league win over Tri-City (Buffalo, IL). The Stags record now stands at 6-17.
The Trojans (15-7) will now prepare for their battle against Astoria/VIT (Astoria, IL). The Rebels come into the Prairieland battle with a 6-17 record. In their last battle, Astoria/VIT trounced Rushville-Industry (Rushville, IL), 52-49, in a non-league battle.
