The Wakpala Sioux (Wakpala, SD) basketball crushed the visiting Flandreau Indian Indians (Flandreau, SD), 74-45 in Friday's non-league test.
The Sioux (5-8) will now prepare for their test against Tiospaye Topa (Ridgeview, SD). The Thunderhawks go into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Tiospaye Topa walloped Takini (Howes, SD), 80-39, in a non-league test.
The Indians now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Takini for a non-league test on Saturday, January 28. Flandreau Indian will encounter a Skyhawks squad coming off a 80-39 non-league loss to Tiospaye Topa (Ridgeview, SD). The Skyhawks record now stands at 0-10.
