The Waverly/South Shore Coyotes tipped the host Florence/Henry Falcons basketball team by a final score of 61-58 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Coyotes face the Arlington Cardinals (Arlington, SD) in a non-league game, on Monday, January 30. Waverly/South Shore will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Cardinals enter the game with a 2-11 record after their 72-39 non-league loss to Estelline/Hendricks (Estelline, SD).
