The South Plaquemines Hurricanes (Buras, LA) basketball crushed the visiting GEO Next Generation Tigers (Baton Rouge, LA), 81-60 in Friday's non-league test.

The Hurricanes (11-11) will now prepare for their test against Jefferson RISE Charter (Harvey, LA). The go into the 2A District 9 test with a 4-8 record.

The Tigers now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Varnado for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 8.
