Virginia High School Basketball - Great Bridge falls to Western Branch

In Friday's league match, the visiting Western Branch Bruins basketball team scored a good 71-61 triumph over the Great Bridge Wildcats.
In their next game, the Bruins meet the Highland Springs Springers (Highland Springs, VA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 28. Western Branch will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Springers enter the match with a 10-6 record after their 65-56 league loss to Varina (Richmond, VA).
